Warranty Gazelle bikes
Gazelle provides a ten-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects on the frame and non-suspension front forks covering normal treatment, use, and maintenance. There is a five-year warranty on suspension front forks. A five-year warranty period applies for paintwork on the frame and the front forks. Parts on your bicycle are covered by a two-year warranty subject to normal use and maintenance.

These are the Service & Warranty provisions as set out in the general Gazelle user manual. The following specific warranty provisions apply in addition to the foregoing.
Gazelle extends a two-year warranty on the motor, the display, the rotation sensor and the cycle controller, subject to normal treatment, use and maintenance. Wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
The battery is covered by a 2-year warranty.
Gazelle gives a minimum 10-year guarantee on equipment and construction faults on the frame and non-suspension front forks covering normal handling, use and maintenance.

We suggest going back to your Gazelle dealer. They are the cycling specialists you can go to with any questions you may have. In most cases they will be able to come up with a solution there and then. If this does not prove successful, they will contact the Gazelle Service and Warranty Department in order to resolve the issue.
